Sylvus demo The Beating of Black Wings is the followup to their self titled full-length from 2010. This is three tracks of black metal bound together by some very distinctive guitar playing. The production is crisp and clear making room for both the raspy vocals and the powerful drumming. The songwriting has it's roots in traditional black metal, but ideas from both black n' roll and the cascadian black metal scene creeps in.
